Looking to the future

It’s been a long while since I updated my blog. Been so busy that I hardly time for it. It’s almost two weeks and time just went by like a snap of the fingers. I was @ New Zealand for a week and I wished I was there as a tourist to enjoy the place more. The scenery was breathtaking with all the greens, mountains and vast oceans. The city is nice and the people are friendly too. it is a pity I am there to work and the only chance to explore the city was after hours where shops are closed. Dining experience was good where we got to try different restaurants.

Other than that, other significant event that happened was my birthday. A major milestone in life but I still feel young at heart. Pros and Cons perhaps? I was lucky to have my loved one by my side to celebrate with me together with some close friends. Many surprises were planned for me the day I touched down in Sydney. I am really thankful for what missy j had done for me and the gifts she given me.

Settling back to reality after a high. I wonder what would be the next step for me after this? At this moment, I am pretty swarmed with work but at the back of my head, I made a mental note of myself to look out opportunities for the next step and hopefully working my way towards it. At this way, I think i’m in a good position to learn alot from the organisation even though it is very challenging and steep learning curve but I believe that when I look back in the future, I would appreciate my time here and the stuff I learned.

Also, my marriage with missy j. Even though we are legally married but we have yet gone through the BIG DAY OUT. :) i.e., the customary where ALL the friends and relatives would be there. That would be the next major mile stone in my life. But leading up to that, we have to look out for an apartment at the same time.. so it’s pretty much lots of things going on at the same time. Multi-tasking planning, i would say.

I can’t help but be thankful for missy j coming into my life. She has made a huge difference and our relationship has been absolutely amazing. She has been the most supportive woman and stood by me through all the tough times. i really love her very much and I can feel that our relationship is growing into a whole new level now that we are here on our own here in Australia. Looking out for each other, supporting each other, taking care of each other and living the life together. It is one story which I’m sure will be something we will tell our kids.
