I read in the papers today about one professor of a local university commenting it is a good move that there is a 10% increment in the starting salaries for accounting firms, however, there is still a gap to narrow with the finance industry. Read more in here (page 20).

Personally, I could not agree more. It’s about time that accounting firms move up a notch to compete actively to attract the best talent and resources.

Back to Work

It’s back to work once again for the new year after a well-deserved rest last week.
